Conference Bag – $2,500 (limit 1 sponsor)
Name and logo on the official conference bag ordered by SACME, artwork is due January 31, 2025.

Conference Lanyards – $1,500 (limit 1 sponsor)
Name and logo printed on badge lanyards, artwork is due January 31, 2025.

Refreshments Break – $1,500 each
Recognition on signage at beverage station.

Conference Email Blast – $800
Banner ad with name and logo featured in an email promoting the conference to over 6,000 potential attendees.

Sponsored Wellness Session – $500 each
Recognition on signage at session (e.g., yoga, meditation, dance).

Brochures or Flyers in Conference Bag – $350
Flyers that you print & ship to SACME; fee covers packing the materials into the conference bags.

 Diamond Sponsor - $5,000
$5,500 after Nov. 30		 Diamond sponsors receive an exhibit booth, two registrations, sponsor recognition, and all add-on benefits. Diamond sponsors may also choose one premium add-on benefit.
